Manufacturers must have stable raw material sources with stable raw material performance. They must sign long-term, stable supply agreements with raw material suppliers and be able to safely and efficiently utilize resources from their place of origin.

From a safety perspective, for imported products using organically degradable materials as raw materials, their production raw materials and processing technology should be scientifically evaluated. Registration of products with unclear technical characteristics and low nutrient content should be restricted.

Technical Indicators

Organic matter; pH; Water-insoluble matter; Appropriate amounts of macro-, meso-, and micro-elements may be added.

The following requirements should be noted:

1) To ensure the application effect of organic water-soluble fertilizers, their main component should be organic matter, and a lower limit requirement for organic matter content should be set.

2) For organic water-soluble fertilizers using seaweed and chitosan as main raw materials, the organic matter content of powder should be ≥5.0%, and the organic matter content of aqueous solution should be ≥50 g/L.

3) For fertilizers using molasses, low-value fish, yeast liquid, soybean meal fermentation, etc. as main raw materials, the organic matter content of powder should be ≥10.0%, and the organic matter content of aqueous solution should be ≥100 g/L.

4) The method for detecting organic matter shall follow NY 1976-2010, "Determination of Organic Matter Content in Water-Soluble Fertilizers".

5) For organic water-soluble fertilizers using honey fermentation broth as the main raw material, the chloride and sodium ion content in the product should be strictly controlled, and their content should be clearly indicated on the product label.
