Our Factory
Founded in 2007, Lvweite Group is a national medium-sized high-tech enterprise, integrating the research and development, production and sales of fertilizers, with the orientation of specialization, refinement, differentiation and innovation. With 25 national invention patents, Lvweite is also one of the first enterprises in China that obtained the registration of water-soluble fertilizers and microbial fertilizers by the Ministry of Agriculture.
Our company has been committed to the research and development of three major sections: soil remediation, plant nutrition, and pest control. The main products consist water-soluble fertilizers of macro elements, medium elements and microelements, or of amino acid, humic acid, seaweed acid, and microbial bio-fertilizers, herbal bactericides, herbal insecticides, etc. Currently, we have had a production capacity of 20,000 tons of water-soluble fertilizers, 30,000 tons of microbial bio-fertilizers, and 10,000 tons of herbal preparations.
We have exported the water-soluble fertilizers to more than 20 countries and regions in Asia, Europe and the United States since 2015. Lvweite Group also started operating on network platforms since 2021, at present, our E18 series products have become a well-known brand on domestic network platforms. In 2022, we launched Cross-Border Electronic Commerce, trying to expand overseas business and enlarge product influence. Main Application Fields of Water soluble fertilizer
Water-soluble fertilizers (WSF) are widely used in modern agriculture due to their high efficiency, rapid absorption, and complete solubility. Their main application fields can be categorized by agricultural sectors and application methods.
By Agricultural Sector
1.Greenhouse & Protected Agriculture (Major Field):
- This is the most dominant sector for WSF. Greenhouses rely heavily on precise nutrient management for high-value crops like vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers) and flowers (roses, lilies).
- WSFs are essential here because many greenhouses use soilless media (coco coir, rockwool) that contain no natural nutrients.
2.Fruit & Vegetable Orchards:
- Widely used for high-economic-value fruit trees (citrus, apples, grapes, mangoes) and berries (strawberries, blueberries).
- Growers use WSF during critical growth stages (flowering, fruit setting, swelling) to boost yield and sweetness rapidly.
3.Turf, Landscape & Golf Courses:
- Professional turf management (golf courses, sports fields) uses WSF for rapid greening and maintaining uniform grass quality without the risk of granular residue.
- Used in public parks and high-end landscaping for ornamental plants.
4.Urban Farming & Home Gardening:
- Includes vertical farming, rooftop gardens, and indoor hydroponic systems.
- Small-pack WSFs are popular for home users growing potted plants and flowers.
5.Field Crops (Cash Crops):
- While traditional granular fertilizers are common here, WSFs are increasingly used for "supplemental feeding" on high-value field crops like cotton, tobacco, and corn, especially under drip irrigation systems.
By Application Method
1.Fertigation (Fertilizer + Irrigation):
- Drip Irrigation: The most efficient method. WSF is dissolved in the water tank and delivered directly to the plant roots through drip lines. It saves water and fertilizer (up to 30-50% savings compared to granular).
- Sprinkler/Pivot Systems: Used for larger fields. The fertilizer is injected into the overhead water stream.
2.Foliar Spraying:
- Spraying nutrient solution directly onto the leaves.
- Purpose: To correct immediate nutrient deficiencies (like Yellow Leaf Disease caused by Iron or Magnesium deficiency) or to provide a quick energy boost during stress periods (drought, heat).
- It is often used as a supplement to soil fertilization.
3.Soilless Culture & Hydroponics:
- In these systems, soil is replaced by water or inert media. WSF is the sole source of nutrition.
- Requires high-purity fertilizers (free of heavy metals and insolubles) to prevent root poisoning and system clogging.
4.Starter Solution (Soil Drenching):
- Applied manually or mechanically to the root zone of transplants/seedlings to encourage rapid root establishment.
